Most managers have to work their way up its very rare that a manager gets to start out as a first team manager, adding this aspect to the game would make it so much more realistic, you can do it at international level so why can't you do it add club level? I know I'm not the only one that will be wanting this to be added to the game. it would add so much to the game. especially for the players who like to start from nothing and work their way up to the top.
