I'm celtic, Have the sugar daddy option ticked, increased my bank balance, given myself a transfer budget of £500m ( greedy, i know, but hey ) And I also increased my wage budget - but it's only giving me a wage budget of £500k per week? Am I doing something wrong? I've gone to "budget adjustment" and the board say no. It's only letting me offer players £60,000 a week in wages.

It's no good when the players you want in your team are requesting £95,000 a week in wages, when my maximum wage budget is letting me offer them £60,000 a week.

My rep is 10000 - But they're still only giving me £500k as my maximum wage budget - and they wont even agree to adjusting budgets

Probably like FM08, the game does not let you do it very well. Try using an edt file to see if that works.

Or alternative wait for the release of an ingame editor and then it will be simple.

So there's absolutely no way I can get my wage budget increased? That's the Limit? £60,000 a week for a player? :/

Actually the wage budget in FM08 was tied into the wage bill you currently have. Maybe give yourself a useless player with huge wages and give him a future transfer or something for the day you start the game and see does that help.
