Chris Hamilton Posted June 25, 2019 Share Posted June 25, 2019 Currently in my third season playing with Ayr in the Scottish premiership and noticed that out of the 12 teams only me and another 2 teams have an u18 manager. Also every team seems to have let all there reserve and youth staff go and not replaced them, when they all have a manager and some staff in play at the start of the game. Not very realistic with the likes of Celtic not having any youth staff at all in my game now whereas in real life they have one of the best in the UK. So there seems to be a problem here with the game not hiring any youth or reserve staff. Looks very unrealistic when I scroll through all the clubs staff pages and my team have about 10 youth staff and the closest team is rangers with only 2. Has anyone else noticed this in there game?
