clonny2 Posted April 10, 2019 Share Posted April 10, 2019 Ability to have your players understand that in the higher divisions and number of games it is important to maintain a balance of fresh players which requires lots of rotation. I end up getting players mad at me for constant rotation then they usually are ok at the end because we are winning. It would be nice to have them know upfront this is how the team will operate.
