Ceeps Posted November 16, 2016 Share Posted November 16, 2016 I have no idea how to use my general allocation money to help with the salary cap, I go to the budget adjustment page and all it gives is a slider to do with wage budget and transfer budget, nothing to do with general allocation. If you offer a contract above the max you can offer for that type the extra comes out of your allocation money.
