Couple Questions - Views & Training.

Hi, so basically there are a couple of things that I can't seem to figure out for myself so I need some help!

 

1. I have downloaded a custom view that Radshidi has on his website but when I go to import it on FM17 I cannot find it anywhere even though I have put it in my views folder? Nothing shows up in any folder I go in?

 

2. How do I get to where I change my players' individual workload? I can't seem to find it anywhere, I want to set it on Heavy as I've read that is best for them to improve.

1. Importing views and other things doesn't work yet with the Beta, because it is tied to the Steam Workshop, which isn't activated yet for FM17.

2.You can't change individual workloads like that since FM16. What you can do is set their Position/Role, Additional Focus and PPM (Player Trait) training in such a way that it combines with General Training into a heavy workload. It will require some balancing.
