Injuries to have multiple triggers

Pretty much what the title says, after looking at the injury types in the editor  noticed that each injury can only have a single trigger selected & I'm assuming that the injury code will only select an injury that matches the player action in the ME.

so my suggestion is that where appropriate there should be more that one trigger action for an injury, as an example the all encompassing damaged knee ligament injury can only be caused through player impact when ligaments can be damaged in a number of different ways including while sprinting, turning or landing awkwardly.
