The slight difference is mine will not be done in Europe I am off to South America and in particular Bolivia1994...... my memories of this are the laughable opening ceremony, the awful final. That ponytail. Maradona looking like his eyeballs may pop out and finally Bolivia. In particular Marco Etcheverry, simply the stereotypical mad south american. Sent off in a four minutes for kicking a German. I think Matthaus. The rest of the side was decent and I seemed to adopt them as my team for the tournament. They didnt last long, but I do remember my sheer delight at getting the shiny badge (although from memory they had less stickers to collect than other teams). So its here where my journey begins and in particular with Quebracho, for no other reason than in game (not sure in real life) they play in pink and blue cheque shirts, quite frankly what is there not to like.
