Bought Carson from liverpool for £2.8 Signed ILan not a bad team so far, also use Mads Albaek now who is touted as next michael laudrup very good and top scorer in attacking midfield i will post some screenies when i can. Apparently they are very happy with my managing due to my tight budget on wages and healthy bank balance. Which is good. £40 Mil to spend on transfers in coming season Looking for a top class centre back to partner David (Brazillian) as he needs another rock with him Refused a 15 Mil pound bid from Charlton for it. I'm 14th with 19 gone, 8 points off 18th and 8 points off 7th, so its alright, hopefully ccan just finish about 10th a couple of places higher than last season. BlackCats Rule Posted October 30, 2007 Share Posted October 30, 2007 im doing quite good in my first season nearly january and in 9th in the league, have beaten totenham 2-1 and portsmouth 3-0 as some good results . i only brought in patrik berger as richardson had long injury at season start and needed someone cheap and agustin delgado as striker backup. chopra is quite good on mine altho does miss some easy chances, but has scored 9 in 18 games. Leadbitter plays well too, he got called up to eng U21 in his only game for them he scored a goal and got man of the match. anyone got a good striker for sunderland who is very good at just scoring goal after goal? cos that seems to be what im missing, jones or delgado are good target men but none of tem seem reliable at putting them in the net.
