kullipylly
i dont know how realistic this is, but i noticed at the summer of my third season in nhl, all the AI teams are over salary cap and they all put like 5 to 15 players (and many good ones) to waivers at once. Do they not know how to handle salary cap yet?
kidhander1983
Well, I wouldn't say that it's all that unrealistic... many good players went through waivers in the latest few seasons, from Mike Richards to Viktor Stalberg
ccaskey
I've found that using the TBL rosters cause a fire sale if teams reach salary cap. I haven't seen St Louis not get traded in a game yet, I also saw Crombeen get waived 4 times in the first September. Using the default 'fake' database, I haven't had any such problems and I haven't seen any funny trades either (although, I couldn't say for half of them)
leblanc98
I agree. Not sure Blackhawks would put Patrick Kane (maybe the best RW in the league) on Waivers like they did in the second season.
