Or do you use a formation to fit the players at your disposal? I am the first of the two I have a way I like my team to play and will do almost anything not to divert from it. FauxNine Posted November 14, 2014 Share Posted November 14, 2014 Well I can't talk for my tactics on this game so far but on FM14 I was the same as you, similar tactics for each team I managed. spaced33 Posted November 14, 2014 Share Posted November 14, 2014 I will generally decide how I want my team to play before selecting it and then adjust player roles and duties slightly to suit my players. I will also retrain players to other positions to fit my tactics. In my current MU save I have done the opposite and am struggling so far as I don't have a real grasp on the tactic that I am playing and as a result I'm not sure how to compensate for its inherent weaknesses Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
