I would create a manager, put him on holiday and see how he does. He did rubbish. He was sacked as manager of Brentwood after half a season, and into December the following season, he's yet to find another job. Rumour has it he gave White Dee a good slapping and had to flee the hate mob that was then after him. He fled to Woodbridge, where the town's football team, newly promoted to the Isthmian League First Division North offered him a job as the manager. Manager gladly accepted. He inherited... hardly anything. He employed some staff, signed some players. They fought hard and managed to avoid finishing last. But not relegation. So he was sacked.
