Cut backs

Anyone manage to get cut backs working, my players get into the box from wide positions a lot but won't play it back or across the box to open players. They would rather shoot even though I have set:

Shoot Less

Pass Shorter

Cross More

[kazm]

Use exploit middle? Maybe they pass back more often then.

I think if you want it across the box (at the far post?) using 'float crosses' would work.

I use a 41221 and both my left IF-a and right Winger-s score a lot and give lots of assists. I often use float crosses + cross early shouts.
