But how do we know what kind of staff a player will be suitable for ? For example a player is thinking about becoming a coach while he may be more suited as a scout. Domus Clamantium Posted October 4, 2013 Share Posted October 4, 2013 It doesn't matter what he wants to be. You can sign anyone to do any role as long as they are not a manager. If they have no interest in the role, you simply increase the wage significantly enough for them to accept.
