"Ask Assistant" for training and coach's categories.

Why does ask assistant set it up so that overall there are less stars than if I set it up myself?

I guess what I'm asking is, is there something I am missing by simply maximizing the number of stars and making sure all workloads for each category are "light"? Does Ask assistant somehow do it better even though the stars are less?

It's kind of silly to have to manually go through and fix everything, and the new training screen makes it difficult because you can't sort the coaches and everything is just way too spread apart.
