mcallister08
Ive been playing football manager for years but recently have become a wee bit bored of it. I find myself staring a new game every hour or so i just stay dedicated to it anymore. But i want to start playing long games agian to pss the time until FM 2009. I want to manage a team in the premiership but not one of the top 4. I want to build up a club who can eventually break into the big 4 and win trophies. Can anyone reccomend any teams that suit this criteria who are chaalenging but are still enjoyable to play with longterm
Zellix
Man City and Aston Villa are good, although a bit too easy for a long term challenge perhaps. Newcastle and Pompy and probably a bit more difficult. Sunderland have the potential to be a very big club.
ben5903
Well why dont you just start at the bottom then? Derby. Fighting for relegation, pretty much no money, about 2 good players in your team. Try and make them become one of the top 4 teams in England, and even Europe
