wbabaggie
Here is the download link http://www.gamefront.com/files/20762939/Rob+Home+(West+Brom%2C+Jul+2013).tac Well after 6 seasons I won the premiership with Albion http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t285/wbabaggie/Seasons.jpg This is the final league table http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t285/wbabaggie/League.jpg This is how we line up which I will talk you through next http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t285/wbabaggie/Team.jpg Player Roles the key atrributes I look at, also need supporting ones GK Goalkeeper Defend Handling, Agility, Posistioning DR Full Back Support Stamina, Acceleration, Crossing DC Central Defender Defend Jumping, Heading, Positioning DC Central Defender Defend Jumping, Heading, Positioning DL Full Back Support Stamina, Acceleration, Crossing DM Anchor Man Defend Positioning, Work Rate, Tackling (also requires Jumping for plug & play, key man for setplays defending & attacking) MC Advanced Playmaker Attack Decisions, Passing Creativity MC Central Midfielder Support Passing, Determination, Long Shots AMR Inside Forward Attack Pace, Off the Ball, Decisions AML Winger Attack Pace, Dribble, Flair ST Complete Forward Attack Pace, Off the ball, Jumping Set Up We play as a rigid, short passing control team. Everything else is default. We use the advanced playmaker as a playmaker. This enables us to move the ball well with the mentality designed to allow enough attacking & retention options but also leaving us fairly solid with the 3 central players on defend. Our front 3 all have pace to enable quick attacks. Important for one midfielder to be decent at shooting from far away as teams do sit in front of us at times but we usually find away through. Goals Source Total (league only) 100 Corners 15 IDK 9 DFK 1 PEN 4 Open play 71 As you can see the front 3 all have had a great season knocking in 66 goals between them. Good link up play between them & the supporting midfield is what usually opens up teams. Goals from corners are also important (certainly more in the tight games) use the corner set up I have. the 4 key players are DC,DC, DM & ST. All should be good at set plays both defend & attack. The advanced playmaker usually takes the corner I'm not that concerned about what side. It does seem to suit however a left on the left side & right on the right side. We are able to turn defence into attack quickly. For plug & play leaving the AMR upfront for all defensive plays. Important he is quick and able to beat a man to get goal scoring chances. Keeping them out With this set up we kept 20 clean sheets over the season conceding just 20 goals. The DC's & DM seem to deal with a lot of threat & although full back support attacks they still have responsibility to get back. My side is quite pacey broken down as follows which also helps. DR 16 DC 16 DC 15 DL 17 DM 15 MC 14 MC 14 AMR 17 AML 15 ST 15 Why has it worked I think the main key to this success is the understanding of the players. Macheda was my last addition to the starting XI and this was his 3rd full season. Also they have used this system all the way since 2013 for every game and have used a similar set up from the start. My players are good league plaers but hardly world class, i'm sure with even better players it will work nicely. I only spend £680k a week on wages so certainly overachieving for me. Non of the XI are regens so haven't posted their playing screens. If you get the best players you can using the guide up top it should work. Best of luck Other Notes Teamtalk assistant Shouts don't use Player Instructions Never use Other set ups Don't use did in first few seasons but this is what has worked for me. Training I read this guide http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/240386-FM2011-Training-Masterclass My players complain a bit about workload but haven't noticed any real negative effect. I only set up for position don't have pre season or anything

shaunwwfc
Looks good this. Will download and try with a team similiar, possibly Wolves as they have a bit of pace. Will let you know how i get on.
shaunwwfc
This tactic is very good, not getting the attention it deserves. I didnt start the best with Wolves but now have had 4 wins on the bounce and sitting 8th. My defence isnt the best and needs strengthened as this is where i look vulnerable. Will also add in midfield too and should be the makings of a good side with this tactic. Cheers wbabaggie.
