dannysheard Posted March 21, 2011 Share Posted March 21, 2011 Hi there I play a 4-3-3 with Liverpool, and have signed Eden Hazard and want to play him on the right of the front 3, alongside Carroll (in the middle) and Suarez. He's currently an attacking midfielder, but I was going to re-train his position, but what to? In FM speak, he'd be a striker playing that far up the pitch, but if I start training him to be a striker, he's always (or for a long time at least) going to be classed as rubbish (less than 3 stars) as a striker, even though he's well suited to playing on the right of a three. If I train his as a right-sided attcking midfielder (which seems the most natural thing to do), he's still always going to be classed as rubbish in the position I'm playing him. I think this is possibly just a bit of a loophole in the positions the game lets you retrain players in, as there isn't really one that's appropriate for a wide man in the front three.
