Does the "List of Available Skins for FM2010" already include Player Pics

I wonder if someone could help me please, within the sticky "List of Available Skins for FM2010", I see there are various screenshots of those skins that have been added.

Some of which show Player Profile screens with pictures of the actual player included.

Does that mean these skinds already have the Player pics (facepack) already added to the skin?

No skins don't include kits, player pictures or logos you'll need to download them seperately. If you want to know where to download them look in a the fansites subform or search the internet.
