shocking Posted March 15, 2010 Share Posted March 15, 2010 Personally I train my under 21s hard in Aerobic and Strength training, medium in tactics and then low in everything else, as it gets more difficult to train physical attributes the older a player is. You might get more injuries happening with this but I always make sure I never sign players reported as injury-prone - no matter how good they are - and usually I don't get more than the odd strain here and there.
