matty2323 Posted December 29, 2009 Share Posted December 29, 2009 What ever country i manage in, i always try to sign players with that nationality or a basic understanding of the language. Players seem to settle in alot quicker and it dosent disrupt the team too much. However, situations are always going to arise where i sign a foreigner, and i was wondering if there was a way to "speed up" there understanding of the language via training/tutoring etc... Im not sure its a massive deal in the game, but id much rather by 2 CB's spoke the same language... Any help wuld be appreciated. cheers. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Or at least that's what the french national coach seems to believe There's no real way to help speed it up as it's all up to their adaptablity rating.
