OrientMartin
Does putting players on different schedules according to position e.g. Defence, Midfield, and Attack schedules, make the squad less together and work less well as a team?
backpackant
I stick all my first team in the same program unless they're having problems with something like scoring. When problems like this happen I have other programs designed for specifics - high shooting, ball control etc. Once those problems are fixed I put them back in together again. I also have seperate training positions for youth players, with emphasis on the physical - we all know how bad regens are.
