solstar Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 I was wondering how do you rename a cup competition so that it doesnt take on the name of another which it has used under the wizard. Eg. Use FA Cup to create other cup but under the cups menu FA Cup appears twice, once for the main comp and then again for the created comp. How do you change the name of the created comp? the edge Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 It's a bit difficult to understand what it is exactly you did. The way I understand it, you didn't create a new competition. You went to Add Nation Rules -> England. Then chose to Add -> Type: Other Cup, and chose Competition: FA Cup ? You didn't create your competition you just added FA Cup again but with different rules? If that's correct, then a change of name will change the name both places because you are using the same competition for the rules. You need to make a duplicate of the FA Cup in the Competitions menu, name it whatever you like and then add that as your Other Cup in the nation rules.
