Here's one from me: I'm getting really quite irritated that in FM09 and 10 AssMen seem to be pre-programmed to be terrible at team talks. If you choose to holiday a match or two you always seem to hear that the AssMan has blasted your team for their performance and the team fills up with "Slight Concerns" over how they are being treated by the management. Doesn't matter whether your team won spectacularly or utterly capitulated, the assistant seems to slate them. I know SI have added stats for player management and such but it doesn't seem to make the slightest bit of difference, even the great AssMen leave your team fuming at their treatment.
