Go to the folderyou installed fm (should be "C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009") then find a folder called "tools", then a folder called "data editor" and in there is a file called "data editor.exe" double click it. When the program loads, go to the top left and select "file" and then "load database" and select the database that you wish to edit. Easy peasy after that.
