Contract terminated by mutual consent

Do you have a save file just prior to one of these happening and we can investigate the reason why?

Hi thanks for coming back. i uploaded 2 files.

one called Test_contract cancellation, the second Test_contract cancellation with club

essentially they are the same file just one i quit as manager. in the one i quit the player in question 'denis fomchenko' was put on transfer list but they didnt terminate contract. in teh second where i remained as manager he was put on transfer list but then they terminated contract by mutual consent.

I also put him as 'will finish career in current club' in the in game editor but he still quits. Im not sure what the reason is for this or why he would accept to terminate while im at the club or not.

Also seeing that he's played 42 games for the club that season why would they terminate his contract with 2 games to go?

i also noticed if you look at his club in the transfer history section with 'freed players'he appears twice, once in the game start and once at the date they cancelled his contract....

Thank you for the files, looking into your save I see you have quite a number of custom files added. It's possible one of these are causing your issues, but we'll need to investigate further to be sure.

Unfortunately I don't believe there is much we can do help you currently. But if we do find a cause, we can look to have this resolved for FM24.

i had found this one originally but not sure its exactly the same problem, but just random mutual termination of contracts.

I dont remember this problem for fm22 so strange that it started on this one. Im not sure what on the custom files would drive this behaviour....
