Free player are instantly fully scouted - every time.

I seem to have this same issue. Save uploaded to cloud: Taunton_free_players_instantly_scouted

I am also seeing this - every player who appears in the "scouting recommendations" list has all attributes unhidden immediately.

Similar situation here. Playing as Liverpool, and any players recommended in the scouting centre are all "fully scouted". There are partially scouted players but these are never recommended to me. I'm wondering if this is part of the scouting revamp?

now another point, where Scouting für a whole team goes "a little to fast". When i send a scout to make a report of the team. Its fully scouted. Every player of the team. The game says in "Knowledge" (Kenntnisse), that i dont know anything about this player... Im playing in the 2nd tier in Wales.
