Registration squad screen won't let me add or remove new players for Libertadores Cup

The first time I realized it was yesterday, when I first arrived at this date (January 22nd) and received the mail about the team registration. It didn't happen when you get the registration mail for any competition before, although this is my first time playing Libertadores.

If you load a previous save, you can choose the squad for registration without problems, but it doesn't matter because when January 22 arrives and you get that email, the problem reappears. The same players will "turn" registered as you get the email, the same will go not registered and you won't be able to check or uncheck them from the list as I stated before.

I've uploaded the two latest saves I got; one is from the day prior to the message (like 8 hours or so before it) and the other is two weeks before it happened. Don't have any save between those two dates, I hope is okay for you!

Thanks for raising this to us, we will look to resolve this issue for FM24.

In terms of your current save, we believe once you get to the next rounds of the Libertadores, you will have the registration limit of 50 and be able to register all of your players.

I'm sorry to write again after a month, but I do it in case it is useful and you want to close the thread.

After advancing one year in the game and qualifying again for the Copa Libertadores, I confirm what you said in your last message; this problem only occurs in the previous rounds of the cup. Once you enter the group stage, you can modify the registration list without any problems.

Hi I confirm this issue on FM23.4 save. Hopes being solved for FM24.
