Crash when running custom graphics (adboards)

Thanks for bringing this one to our attention. There are other considerations at play when its involving third party provided content, but our QA team will take a look at this further. Do you have the crash dump available from these instances you can share with us? A guide on how to share your files is available here:

Since the 23.1 update on the "other" engine has also brought this back, It might be something that understandably been done on purpose. Just would be nice to get come clarification if this would be pernament or to be able to atleast do this for non hardcoded unlicenced leagues, and of course for private use.

It's more likely to do with your physical location - where (what country) are you from, please? Even if you are using custom ad boards, the in-game advertising works by geolocation so it would be appreciated if you could help us out with more information to try and narrow down the actual cause. 

If you could also let us know the exact fixture and competition you're about to play too, that would help.

I am Living in Japan, i have not turned off bidstack or anything. game runs competely fine if i don't use custom adboards. if I do use them, it crashes on any fixture that they are connected to. 

1. First Crash dump is a premier league fixture with targeted advertising (Japan) and custom adboards, the second crash dump is the exact same fixture but with my geo location set to the UK 

2. The third and last crash dump is the next fixture 3 days later (Carabao Cup) after holidaying to skip the crash.

3. loading the game without custom adboards causes 0 crashing

4. loading a match replay and watching goals will also crash

 

Hopefully this gives some insight and helps

Okay it's something we're investigating but would very much recommend not using custom add-ons for the foreseeable.
