Martin Odegaard, IRL and in game is the default Arsenal Captain. However his leadership score in FM23 is only 8, and in-game it is recommended to strip him of his captaincy.
I think this was overlooked as he clearly is a decent captain IRL and is in command of the team's pressing from the front in the game and does a good job at it. He may not yet be a great captain but a score of 8 is way too low.
