Thanks for taking the time to raise the issue. It'll be resolved in the near future.  

I believe that may be due to him having a secondary role- I think he may be a director at Como. When a staff member has a secondary role involving board management you cant fully see their profile.

 This has been fixed and should be in the full game.

Has indeed its origins in the double role which can't be combined.
