starting a solo career as unemployed

Hi, I tried to upload some of my files (photo) with starting as unemployed but now it doesn't show up. LOL.

Does this option apply to online play? I was able to save as an online game, does this online game start the same way as a regular career? In the sense that I would not distinguish between these two modes?

 

Appreciate it's been a while, can only apologise for the lack of communication. 

This is by design as it's an online save, it's designed for users who want to give their save to another player.

The problem is that i didn't play online game
