Microsoft Store Achievement issues

Also found a few more not working:

 

Versus Anyone - cannot find anyone using Quick Start
Online Rivalry. Tried so many methods but no progress to the counter.

Fantastic Five - 9 players in TOTY in Hong Kong. No achievement.

EDIT: Domination is not tracking.

Best Player in Europe has not unlocked. Won Golden Shoe, Golden Boy and Best Player. Nothing.

Thanks so much for flagging this with us, we are aware of these, and we are investigating. 

The domination achievement not tracking in the first year is known (and being looked at) but should work if you keep playing into the next season.

The Versus anyone achievement requires someone to host a versus lobby which you can join via quick join and hopefully win the competition. You could ask someone from the community or a friend to help by hosting a lobby.

The Online rivalry achievement requires you to win 10 head-to-head competitions, you could try playing online with a friend on draft mode.

Yes, Domination is now tracking, thanks.

I've had friends host a lobby, it doesn't find anyone. We are not the only ones finding problems with quick join. Cross-play is open, just doesn't find a game.

EDIT: Are you also looking at headhunted? Over on TrueAchievements, we have reports it is not working.

Unfortunately, we can't currently provide a timeframe for this. Thanks for your patience with it though!

And none of the achievements were fixed with this update. 9 acheivements are unobtainable. Why does this happen every year?

When can we expect that update?

I can't give you an exact date, but looking back at previous years you can see examples of the winter update being released around the end of February or early March.

Hi @LuckyConquerer2 yes it does, you will need to do a new save to unlock the achievements you were unable to unlock.

Reinstalling it fixed it. Cannot get the World Cup achievement to unlock. Everything has unlocked on old saves. Tried a World Cup on a new save, but no luck. Is there a hidden requirement like play all qualifying games or group games, not just the final? Can we holiday in between fixtures?

You need to complete every games in the World Cup Finals to complete this achievement (i.e. from the group stage)

I've done that, and all the qualifying.

Did you play every match (so no skipping via holiday)?

Either way, can you create a new thread and upload a save game to OwnCloud (do let us know the name of the save) just before the World Cup final, so our team can take a look, please?
