Bug maximum player transfer rules

is there something that can be edited to stop that other transfer rule too-

allowing up to 6 foreign U21 players to be bought from abroad

I know we can edit squad selection rules, but that doesnt stop the rich from buying and loaning the best young players out

Roy, really sorry again for the lack of response. The issue is with the testing team now and they're investigating as we speak - thank you for flagging it.

@Roy Race 9 "Team" only comes up as an option with the "maximum players aged 21+..." and "aged 23+" settings. That's why when you picked Man City above, it stayed blank. "Team" is only there for the latter two options, so as of FM23 you can only restrict those transfer rules to one team, everything else just lets you limit it to a competition

it would have been good if someone here could have pointed that out many months ago from SI, that it isnt an option 

so unless SI add options like this for players under a certain age/rather than over we cant do as I wanted[restrict only certain teams from signing x amount of young players per season] and same goes for  non EU players too, it cant be restricted to individual teams
