2nd assistant manager not coming up on staff list

I'm getting this too with Manchester United. There is Mitchell van der Gaag and Steve McLaren as the assistant managers in real life. FM23 shows there are 2 and the board wants it to be 1 but only Mitchell appears. If you search for Steve McLaren he can be found that way but doesn't show in the 1st team staff list.
