I think the full name was Sven Punt - Club Brugge

I noticed that it's not only for my club, if you look in the transfer history there are almost no loan transfers between AI teams, unless it's an affiliate club

i can add to that ... i also have problem with loaning out players ... even with tranfeering them out, even if asking price is set to zero .... no interest ..

Thanks for the save, we'll get this investigated.  

Same problem for me, much harder to loan out players than previous versions of FM.

Same problem , i have 10 kids to loan out and zero clubs ....

Can I ask you also to provide savegames for us to investigate? Better to have more examples of this Here's how you can: 

 

Ideally those would be savegames in an active transfer window when you tried to loan out those players.

Done , uploaded in the 2º season starting  , transfer window opened , the save game is Tiago Rebocho - Benfica . 

Trying to load out all this dudes , no sucess 

Appreciate the save, will pass it over to the dev team for further investigation
