    I don't know if this is a bug or a choice.

    I'm playing in the Belgian league and can only do 3 subs a game. This season it's still possible to do 5 subs (not a fan, but it's still there).

    Same question here on the french section of the forum.

    He asks us if this issue is solved since the release yesterday eve.

    Was an issue that was already mentioned in FM21

    We really can't discuss potential timeframes I'm afraid, it would put unneeded stress on the Dev team. I can only tell you we're working as hard as we can to implement the fix. Sorry, I know that's not an answer you want.
