Relocate it, open the save and take a look at AI team Squad playing at the AFC Champions League (Asian Champions League)

Hello and thanks for the feedback.

 

Johor has the foreigners you highlighted since the start of the game - so it replicates real life.

In addition, when seeing their CL fixtures, they only ever line up 3 foreigners according to the rule.

 

Everything is working well and as intended in this instance

Sir, Please take a look at this screenshot of match between Persepolis vs Al Hilal Saudi FC where it can clearly be seen that Al Hilal is playing with 5 foreigners (Red Marked)
