Staff search - Add condition appears when selected Staff role

I second this, and also add that this happens on numerous occasions on the player search screen as well, exactly the same issue!

Happens in the standard FM skin, too. In the search screen, just change any search value using the + or - buttons and the "Add condition" dropdown will appear every time. Definitely a bug.
