Trying to use the new special transfer option but it won’t let me click the recruitment option and if I go to the recruitment section direct there is no apply application option.

i have not used the function in this years game but did for fm23.

I can see you have another thread open. Follow that instead please as it's more advanced and it doesn't appear there is a bug required.

Same issue. Used it in FM23 and looks like it’s carried over and thinks I’ve used already
