Black Ball :(

Hello, this is a known issue we're currently investigating.

Hello everyone, we're struggling to reproduce this issue internally. 

Can you please send us your preference folder.

The folder can be found by typing %AppData% into the windows file explorer and then navigating to \AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024

Once you find that folder please copy it, compress it into a ZIP file, then upload that ZIP file into our Cloud System with the link below:

Issue is still there after the latest update..

I have uploaded mine with name "Black ball issue". Btw clearing cache and deleting preferences folder could make again the ball white?

I have uploaded mine as well, have the exact same issue in the Serie A matches, but the ball works as normal in European matches

Hello, if you are still having issues can you please try:

. Go to Preferences > 'reset' > 'Clear Cache'
. Restart the game
. Go to Preferences > search for 'Skin Colour'
. Change the standard ball colour to white (click the little white square which is white). This should change the RGB to 245,245,245

Doesn't work, can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet.
