Despite last patch improvement, I still see a lot of AI coaches not using all the sub slots they have at disposal.
In the savegame I've uploaded (The Journey.fm) you can check all my last league games and in NONE of them the opponent coach uses all 5 subs. When they use more than 2, mostly is during stoppage time.
In addition (and most annoying in my opinion) you can also see that U20 and U18 barely use ANY of the subs in the youth leagues (screens attached too).
