Low Determination on J3 League players

The determination rating is randomized with each save for most players. I have not touched the determination for most players yet as I am not yet too familiar with the 2100 ish J.League players. I am guessing really bad RNG work here.

Okay, fair enough. I might try restarting once or twice to get a slightly better distribution. Thank you!

Noticed the same in my save, J2 and J1 league as well - most players have single digit determination.

I can't remember right now but isn't it possible somewhere to put the average determination for the RNG of a specific country? If so, it definietly should be raised.
