FM24 Not Loading on Mac

Which Mac OS are you currently on? 

I have this same issue. 

Currently running macOS Catalina 10.15.7

You need to update, 11 is the minimum version.

My Mac is saying software is up-to-date. 

 

If I need to change the entire OS (to Big Sur, for example) I'd like a refund. Is this possible?

It should be, but you need to speak to your retailer.

If you follow this, this will help you update your old laptop, it helped fix the same issue. You will will need an external hard drive but now my laptop is running fm 24

How did you manage this? I have tried but I just get a black screen on my Mac.

We wouldn't recommend forcing Big Sur onto an unsupported Mac as it can cause unknown issues. 

We can't guarantee support if you use third party software.

That is most likely why you are getting a black screen.
