    I am currently managing AZ Alkmaar, and started with no badges/experience as I always do. I have had my squad come to me to say they have lost faith in me already after 15 games. I am 2nd in the league and just qualified for last 16 of Conference League.  I have tried to do badges but the board do not allow me. Surely this needs to be looked at, I used to do this all the time in FM23 and never had this, I would understand if I was doing bad.
