I am currently managing AZ Alkmaar, and started with no badges/experience as I always do. I have had my squad come to me to say they have lost faith in me already after 15 games. I am 2nd in the league and just qualified for last 16 of Conference League. I have tried to do badges but the board do not allow me. Surely this needs to be looked at, I used to do this all the time in FM23 and never had this, I would understand if I was doing bad. -

Yes the reason my squad were losing faith was because of my lack of experience. Saying this, does it not just rule you out of trying to start a save with nothing if you just lose the faith of the squad each time even if you are doing well, kind of forces you into starting with all the badges etc. -

I can second this. Currently managing AZ and 3rd in the league and team have come to me to say they’ve lost trust in me despite being on track to meet all targets.
