  • Being forced to manage non league U18 league games!

    Hi, 

    I've started a new save with Torquay in the Vanarama South. All was going great until the under 18's season started. 

    I'm being forced to manage the U18's for their league games in National U18's South West as there's no option to delegate the league games to a first team member of staff. Only for friendlies. 

    Now usually you would sign an U18's manager but their wage cap is £300 and ALL coaches/managers start negotiations at £450. Even the regens as Torquay are a professional team. The £150 difference is impossible to reach and the club wont up the wages at the start of the save. 

    I have no option but to manage the U18's which has ruined my save. 

    I can see this being a huge problem for non league.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi @RuffJustice13

    You can change to the assistant manager controlling U18 matches on 'staff - responsibilities - general' and the 2nd option is 'handles team selection (18)'. You currently have that set to yourself, change it to the assistant manager and you will no longer be controlling the U18 matches.
