Thank you, I've found it, we will place under review and investigate further.  

Another example. In the same save England played the Euro final with Bellingham, Foden, Saka on the bench. AI team selection is off sometimes.

We would need a save from before the Euro Final to review that example. 

Something similar happens in league games at the end of season. I'm in Portugal playing Braga and they have randomly fielded 6-7 breakthrough prospects and youngsters against me despite them being only a point behind European places with two games to go. Only one of those young players actually has the quality to play in their starting 11, others are at best good enough to participate in low ranked cup matches and some have even made their debut against my team.

And their bench was also filled with youngsters while some regular starters were missing.
