I've had a few cases of being stuck at the end of a match, and I've found a way to reproduce it.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Play a match
2. When the overview is shown BEFORE pressing the "Dressing Room" click on a goal highlight at the left side of the screen
3. Let the highlight play.
At the end of the highlight, the game continue playing highlights and seemingly it's not possible to continue onto the dressing room team talk. A work around to get past it, is to go into the tactics and press the space bar. Then you'll go to the team talk.
