Sullivan is ok but not great and he is the best you have. Smith is just not good enough and should be sold. Ive never played for long enough on this years game to see how good Woods turns out to be so it might be worth keeping hold of him for a few years, maybe sending him out on loan. Possible Targets: Ian Walker, David Jensen, Adam Larsen, Silviu Lung JR Defenders: In Shackell and Hird you have a good, solid partnership but Shackell is only here until January so bear that in mind. You need to maybe bring in some good youngsters as backup/future first teamers or bring in a top quality centre half or two to bolster the back 4. At full back the team is pretty solid with O'Connor and Chambers fighting for the right side and Gareth Roberts on the left, Maybe a backup leftback could be brought it. Possible targets: Marc Muniesa, Glauber, Richie De Laet Midfielders: Possibly the strongest part of the squad and in Brian Stock you have one of the best Central Midfielders in the league. If you can keep hold of him, he is vital to the team's success. Selling him could be an option though to bring in funds to bolster the whole squad. Martin Woods, John Spicer and Mark Wilson are also very good players at this level. This summer saw 'Veterens' Quinton Fortune and John Oster brought in n short term contracts and these two are fantastic backup to the midfield and bring great experience to tutor the youngsters. Finally you have two fantastic attacking midfielders in Dean Shiels and James Coppinger, these two will bag a few assists and also chip in with a few goals. Possible Targets: Thiago, John Bostock, Richard Smallwood Strikers: This is an area that could do with strengthening. In Billy Sharp you have a fantastic striker but he needs another player to play alongside him. Heffernan is good but there is better out there. Hayter won't really cut it in this league i don't think so he should be replaced and another couple bringing in as you will be waiting around 6/7 seasons to see Steve Brooker even train lol. Waide Fairhurst is probably the best youngster in the squad and i would give him a season out onloan in league 1 or 2 to get him games, He will become a solid Championship striker in the future if played right so he is worth keeping hold of. Possible Targets: Zavon Hines, Ebi Smolarek, Vojtech Schulmeister

Craig_R.U.F.C
About time there is a thread for these. They are probably the best footballing side in the Championship, not seen them play but i've heard about it there similar to alot world class teams when it comes to passing. Good signings there you will have no problems staying in the division if you get the tactic right and also De Laet is good enough to start in CB or RB. stothy
They are described as Arsenal of the north but I disagree! I believe we have a unique style, very good passing game though! De Laet is not as good as Booth Campbell or Chambers so no good unfortunatly :/
stothy
Danny Simpson? What do you think, signed him at the Jan transfer window. Just 500k and is only 23! Better than Chambers too!
IntakeRover
I sign De Laet on a lot of my games and he's been very consistant for me. What formations do you play? i just can never get it right with Rovers, It's getting slightly annoying.
